Job description
We are hiring Customer Support Executives for one of our clients, a leading tax consulting services firm based out of Washington, DC for their Hyderabad, India office. Responsibilities: • Providing real time assistance to customers with their tax related queries. • Working with internal teams to provide speedy resolution to customer issues. • Completing tasks assigned by the Reporting Manager accurately and efficiently. • Ensuring company policies are followed. Requirements: • Should have a minimum of 1 years of experience in international process specific to customer service or international sales campaigns. • Highly prefer candidates with basic to advanced understanding of accounting • Ability to demonstrate customer empathy, excellent customer diplomacy skills, and problem • Ownership - go above and beyond to provide support. Fresher with excellent communication skills can apply Qualifications: Graduate /UG /PG. Stable work history. Must be self-motivated and possess the desire for self-development. Have the ability to work autonomously when required. Be a team player. Be dedicated to customer satisfaction and a great customer experience. Flexible with shift timings.
